Shipping Policy
At Day One Tees, we work hard to get your order out quickly and safely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours after purchase or after mockup approval for custom orders.
Business hours are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom orders will only be shipped after the mockup has been approved.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the carrier selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Day One Tees is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Delays
Day One Tees is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Day One Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
