CUSTOM CREATIONS — READ BEFORE YOU ORDER

This is where the one-of-one magic happens.
Custom orders are made exactly to the details you provide — so the more specific you are, the better your final piece comes out. No guessing, no mind-reading, no “I thought you knew.”

🧠 BEFORE YOU SUBMIT A CUSTOM ORDER

Please read carefully. Custom orders require clear, complete info. Incomplete details = delays.

There is a $20 minimum required for ALL custom orders.

This minimum protects the time spent creating your design and mockup.

• if this amount covers your entire order, you will not be invoiced anything additional.

🎨 DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

If you’re providing your own design:

• Image MUST be print-ready

• High quality / clear resolution (no blurry screenshots)

• Transparent background only (NO background if it shouldn’t be printed)

• No edits will be made to your image — what you send is what gets pressed

If you need me to create the design:

• Be VERY detailed

• Include colors, fonts, vibe, wording, placement, inspo, theme, and purpose

• Upload any reference images that help explain your vision

• The more detail you give, the better the outcome

⚠️ Only TWO mockups will be sent, so make it count.

👕 SHIRT DETAILS REQUIRED

You must include ALL of the following:

• Shirt size

• Shirt color

• Preferred brand (if any)

• Front, back, sleeve, or multiple print locations

• Any special notes (fit, style, event date, etc.)

⏱ TURNAROUND TIME

• Standard custom orders: 2–3 business days

• Jump the line: +$15 rush fee (moves your order to the front)

  • the rush fee is not included in the minimum!

⛔ Rush fee does not replace the need for clear details.
