🎨 DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

Please provide a print-ready image with a transparent background. Submitted print-ready designs will be printed as provided, so make sure your image is clear and all details are correct.

If you are needing design work, please be very descriptive on the form what you are requesting.

👕 ORDER DETAILS

Please include the following with your request:

• Product you would like customized

• Quantity needed

• Sizes and colors

• Design or image you want printed

• Placement, such as front, back, or both

• Date you need your order

• Your name and contact information

Providing all your details helps me prepare your mockup and pricing.

🖼️ MOCKUPS AND APPROVAL

Only TWO mockups are provided, so please be specific about what you want when submitting your request.

Review your mockup carefully, including spelling, names, colors, and placement. Your approval confirms the design you want produced.

💰 PRICING

Pricing will vary depending on design complexity, item being customized, print size, and placement.

The price will be sent with your first mockup. No work will move forward without approval of pricing.

🧾 INVOICING

An invoice will be sent after you approve your mockup and pricing.

⏰ TURNAROUND AND RUSH ORDERS

Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days. Please include your needed-by date when requesting an order so availability can be confirmed.

A $25 rush fee applies to rush orders. Please confirm availability before placing a rush request.

🚨 FINAL NOTES

All custom orders are final sale and nonrefundable. Please double-check your sizes, colors, spelling, and approved design before your order is produced.
